Observing Teaching

Observe and participate in Prenatal Yoga classes.

Learning Objective

Trainees will be required to attend a minimum of 10 prenatal yoga classes, six which are led by the lead trainer and four at outside studios or by other prenatal yoga teachers. Trainees will submit a review of each class experience.

Using the recommended reading and other trusted sources, submit a one-page essay including the learning objectives.
