Week Four

Welcome to Week Four! First off, I'd like to congratulate you for hanging in there! New habits are hard and you've officially crossed the 21 day threshold of building a new habit!

As the neural pathways in your brain begin to take new shape and learn new ways of doing things, your mind is acquiring a new GPS. Even if you have not been flawless (who is, right?) at the very least we are open to doing things a new way. In time, this will develop as your new normal.

This week, we will be talking about bridging the gap between conventional medicine and living wellness. See what our guest speaker, Dr. Leona Di Amore has to say!


This week spend some time on juicing. Order some organic fruits and veggies and fill that deliciousness in mason jars! I depend on my organic produce delivery company to deliver my tasty produce to my front door.


To Do:

  • Watch the live workshop video on juicing HERE to learn more from Dr. Kim, Illinois Naturopathy!
  • Order your favorite produce! I personally use Imperfect Produce!
  • Get your supplies, juicer, mason jars, strainer. I recommend the Champion juicer as you'll save on the produce rather than extra waste!
  • Keep journaling daily about your journey.
