• Chakras - energy centers located vertically along the centerline of the body, translates as

wheel or disk, not static objects, places where subtle energy from higher planes converts to

physical form.

Root: base of spine, energy of physical security, red, earth

Sacral: midway between pelvic bone and navel, life force, orange, water

Solar Plexus: midway between naval and bottom of rib cage, personal power, vellow, fire

Heart: center of the chest, compassion and love, green, air

Throat: at the throat/base of neck. communication, blue, ether

Third Eye: center of the forehead, intuition, indigo, nexus point for five elements

Crown: top of head, spiritual enerav, violet or white

Microcosmic Orbit - a circuit of energy that begins in the area of the root chakra and

proceeds to flow upward along the back of the body, once reaching the crown the energy

shifts and flows downward along the front of the body
