Ojas is closely tied to the Kapha dosha, so when the kapha dosha is out of balance, the body is more susceptible to immune issues. When Ojas is compromised, it is let capable to defend against the body’s internal toxins, or Amas. Once this is the case, a plethora of ailments may arise. The stronger the Ojas, the stronger the body.
