1. Diamond Leg Bends

  • Hand on hips, 1st position
  • Draw naval to spine
  • Slowly lower hips mindfully, pulling against earth as you come back up
  • Zippering from ankles to thighs
  • As you come back up engage thighs
  • Shoulders back, chest nice and open


  • Wide plie, 2nd position
  • Opening up thighs, gently coming up and down
  • Engagement on inner thighs
  • Mindfully pull hips away and toward body
  • Shoulders nice and soft, hands on hips
  • Bending knees as far as it feels good
  • Finding pace that works for you


With Arm Glides, Releve

  • Drop knees down
  • Sweep arms toward ground and up overhead
  • As you lift, feel heels lift
  • Drop heels down as you go down
  • Chest open
  • Spin thighs together as you come up, glide hips down as you come down
  • Exhale as you go down, inhale as you rise up
  • Arm goes as far as feels best, without rounding posture
