Week Three
Welcome to Week Three!
How are you feeling? More energy? More focus? I hope so! If not, take a look ahead to the next seven days. How will you spend them to achieve these goals?
We are focusing on four main categories of wellness:
- Meals
- Exercise
- Mindfulness
- Self-Care
Try and complete each section with a phrase about something you did that was just a little better than what you would normally do.
Here are some examples:
Meals: Setup a grocery delivery service such as Aldi. Did you know they have an app?
Exercise: Plan on a getting that heart rate up three days this week. Put it in your calendar with a reminder!
Mindfulness: Book your favorite service...pedicure anyone? Not in the budget? Block out some time this week to give yourself a nice pedicure. Spring for a new polish!
Self-Care: How is your journaling going? Great? Fantastic? Not so great? Fantastic...zoom in on achieving that five minute mark daily. Success feels good!
This week we are focusing on Mindfulness. Mark your calendars for a Vision Board Day!
Gather your supplies:
- Poster Board
- Sharpies (WRITE OUT LOUD!)
- Glue Stick...Dollar Store anyone?
- Scissors
- Magazines
- Construction Paper
- Mandala Coloring Books
- Stickers
- Glitter...okay, maybe you're not feeling glitter. You get the idea! Tap into your inner child and start to find what makes your soul sing.
Tip: When you have finished, take a picture and set it as your screensaver on your phone!

- Pamper yourself
