Thank you for taking six weeks to work on your personal growth and development! It is so easy to lose self-care in the distractions of daily life. I hope that over the last five weeks, you have had a chance to experience more movement, mindfulness, energy, and joy.
When our cup is empty, we have nothing to contribute to what matters to us. This week, take some time to review your biggest WINS (go you) and the biggest challenges (it happens) and consider what structures you can put in place to make space for quality living.
Over the next week, pick your favorite TWO mindful changes and integrate them into your life. Make these two things the centerpiece of your mindful habits. Each year, add one new habit. Over time you will begin to see the benefits of mindful living.

- Establish a weekly movement habit.
- Integrate two mindful changes.
- Journal about gratitude each night for one week.
