Breathe in love

Breathe out worry

Imagine you are outside in a part

The sun is shinning 

The birds are singing

You hear a rustling noise in the bushes

You see an animal watching you and it wants to be your friend

What kind of animal is it

Let it come close to you

Sit on the ground together

Feel the love and happiness

Stay there as long as you want

Give your animal a hug

Come back to the comfortable place you are sitting in

Open your eyes and feel happy


BODY AWARENESS.


Yoga Nidra

Lie flat on your back 

Place a blanket under your head

Close your eyes

Breathe normally and relax

Start with the right side of your body and rotate your awareness through all parts on that side of your body, each finger, palm of the hand, back of the hand, forearm, elbow, upper arm, shoulder, neck, each section of the face, forehead, eyes, nose, chin, throat, chest, shoulder blade, waist, stomach, lower abdomen, tight, knee, shin, ankle top of your foot, heel, sole of your foot.

Be aware of your body as a whole

Repeat the rotation on the left side of your body

Continue to be aware of the whole body, feeling stillness and peace

Then

Mentally prepare to return to ordinary consciousness

Move your fingers and toes

Take a deep breath

Open your eyes

Rainbow meditation

Sit in a comfortable place

Close your eyes

Relax

Slow down your breathing

Breathe slowly

Imagine yourself surrounded by a rainbow

Its warm bright lights create a feeling of happiness

Imagine feeling the color red, you feel strong and safe

Imagine feeling the color orange, you feel happy and playful

Imagine feeling the color yellow, you feel proud and confident

Imagine feeling the color green, you feel kind and caring

Imagine feeling the color blue, you feel peaceful

Imagine feeling the color indigo, you feel cleave and creative

Imagine feeling the color violet, you feel happy.

Stay here for while feeling happy.

Open your eyes, breathe normally, and keep a happy feeling with you.


TEACH THEM SOMETHING.

As you inhale, repeat silently to yourself my mind is clear

As you exhale, my mind is clear

Inhale, my mind is clear

Exhale, my mind is clear

Repeat this a many times as you like
