Use it to clear the mind before meditation. When we observe the flow of the breath inhale, pause, exhale, pause, we also observe that we are feeling more and more steady. 


WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO YOU


Patanjali teaches that pranayama is to be practiced after practicing the Asanas, because the Eight Limbs Of Yoga are to be practiced in sequence. I make a practice to practice the breathing exercises at the end of my yoga practice.


HOW CAN YOU APPOLY IT TO YOUR DAILY LIFE


Everyday I take some time to practice breathing.
