WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO YOU
It means to keep my body healthy and to get to know my body and to be more intuitive in my physical practice and to learn to still my mind by practicing the physical poses to be able to be in the moment at the moment.
HOW CAN YOU APPLY IT TO YOIUR DAILY LIFE
I practice yoga every day, and sometimes many times a day, not only on my yoga mat but also in my car, and while I am watching a movie and so on.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF APPLYING IT TO YOUR DAILY LIFE
I healed myself, and that gave me confidence and self-empowerment. My ability to focus is improving daily and my ability to remember more clearly what I study is improving daily, it gives me happiness.
