Ahimsa - to me means to be loving and patient, to resist unrealistic expectations of perfection

and to forgive with love.


Satya - to me means to pay attention to what is loving and to what is the right thing to say and do to serve the greater good for harmony with love.


Asteya - to me means to be content with what I have and to resist my dissatisfaction with my failures and do not have to compare with anyone else.


Brahmacharya - to me means integrity and to remember integrity and to pay attention to outcomes of actions.


Aparigraha - to me meant to be free from silly desires and wants and to be able to separate happiness from the physical possessions.
