Chakras
WHAT ARE CHAKRAS
This view of the body is ancient. All religions teach it one way or another. The physical body is a series of seven energy centers located along the spinal column or seven levels of internal power. Each level of power is aligned to the physical system in the body and it relates to internal and external issues that are part of our life. A chakra is a location where two or more nadir (or meridians) cross. They are constantly coming in and going out.
