14. Reverse Warrior

  • Bend into front knee, back foot move into 45 degree angle
  • Arms out in a “T” shape, front hand at barre
  • Front hand lifts up and over moving gaze toward the sky, back hand comes to leg or behind back
  • Return to warrior II position
  • Flip to other side
