  • Left foot out and back, float body forward
  • Left hand glides toward sky, bending into elbow
  • Opening up chest
  • Flexing foot, toes facedown, pressing through back heel
  • Engaging quads of standing leg and lengthening hamstrings of extended leg
  • Soft downward gaze
  • As you start to tire, maybe exhaling through the mouth so you can take next inhale quickly
  • Float down to standing, hands alongside
