Props

Many props are used during yoga practice, and it's important to know how to use them properly. Enhancing yoga practice with props, helps us achieve great results in our yoga practice.

Yoga (sticky mat) - so we don't slip during yoga practice.

Yoga blocks - they give us height and leverage, especially for those of us who are not flexible.

Yoga blankets - to fusion the knees and to support the neck in supine poses.

Yoga bolster - to provide helpful modifications, and to act as an extra firm cushion.

Yoga strap - it extends the reach of our arms.

Yoga chairs for senior practitioners.

Yoga sandbags - a grounding tool for restorative yoga practice.

Yoga wall (ha! ha! ha!), a wall to aid us with support and balance.

Yoga wedges - to place then under the ankle during kneeling poses.
