Why is there no right or wrong yoga?
The practice of yoga is a life long education. It is a long journey of discovery about one's body and mind. Therefore yoga is stable and enjoyable for all.
My favorite yoga is the ISHTA Yoga, Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda;
a mix of fifteen kinds of yoga, combined with Tantric meditation techniques and Ayurvedic practices.
